What is my current topic?

My topic is 'Healthy human mind is essential to the leaders.'  In our 21 century, healthy mind became important as much as healthy body. I thought that the healthy human mind is essential to the leaders who lead the people into the right way. Before taking care of others, the leaders should take care of himself, especially by making healthy mind.

What are my guiding questions?

What does 'healthy human mind exactly mean?
What is the role of the leader?
How healthy human mind is made?
Why human mind is important to the leaders.
Are there real leaders who have healthy mind? 


What are my current thoughts?

I surely believe that the healthy mind is the most important condition that leader should have. The healthy mind is affected a lot by the memory of the past, like the family background. I will find the difference between two computer genius, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates and want to know about their reputation according to their humanity (how healthy their brains are) 

What is the opposition?

Some who disagree on my topic might think that ability is more important than healthy mind. In the world, there are many people who are experts in their field. However, the reason why some can be a leader and some can not depends on how they manage people which is related with healthy mental state.
